Warranty Coverage: 

Surrey Watches LTD provides a limited warranty for all designer watches sold to the original purchaser ("Customer"). This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty covers and is limited to watches from the following brands: 'Emporio Armani', 'Hugo Boss', and 'Michael Kors'.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, or changes in colour.

Water damage as a result of improper use.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.

Damage caused by the use of non-genuine parts or accessories.

 

 

Warranty Claim Process: 

If a defect covered by this warranty arises, the Customer must:

Contact our Customer Service Department via the live chat feature on our website or via Email within the warranty period. Please provide the order number and name of the original purchaser and a brief description regarding your problem along with any relevant images/photographs of the watch (if applicable). 

 

 

Repair or Replacement:

Upon receipt of the defective watch, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the watch with the same or a similar model. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with the return of the watch to our facility.

Warranty Disclaimer:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the Customer. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use of the watch. To the extent permitted by UK law, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Governing Law: 

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK law jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Modification of Warranty:

Surrey Watches reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, but any changes will not affect warranty coverage for watches purchased before the modification.
