  • How long will my watch take to arrive?
    To addresses within the UK: 2-4 business days. We post all our products with tracked and insured next day delivery via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 2 business days to process and package up your order. Refer to our 'shipping policy' At the bottom of this page for more information. ​ to Addresses outside the UK: Delivery to Europe takes 3-5 business days and outside Europe, 5-7 Business Days.

    Yes we do. We use our shipping partner Royal Mail to deliver your watch overseas. Delivery to Europe takes 3-5 business days and outside Europe, 5-7 Business Days.
  • What do I do if I miss my delivery?
    Royal Mail will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card there will be details regarding your local post office where the parcel will be held for 7 days. You will need identification and the card to collect your parcel.
  • I want to change or cancel my order, can I do this?
    We are able to change your order up until the point where we ship your item. You will receive a confirmation email stating that we have shipped out your item. After an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please see our returns policy at the bottom of this page for more information.
  • Can somebody else sign for my delivery?
    Yes. Anybody at the specified delivery address can sign for your parcel.
  • Will I receive any confirmation that my new purchase has been successful?
    Yes. Once you have successfully placed an order with us you will be redirected to an order confirmation page, you will also receive a confirmation email with an order summary.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
    After we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email linking to your order status page. You can track your parcel by copying and pasting the tracking number for your parcel into the Royal Mail 'track an item' page.
  • The item I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
    Unfortunately we cannot refund you the difference or reimburse you if we choose to discount the price at a later date, after your order has been processed.
