Payment Plan Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to shop with Surrey Watches and opting for our convenient payment plan option. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing the payment plan:

 

Initial Deposit:

 

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the payment plan.

The deposit secures your commitment to the purchase and allows us to reserve the watch for you.

 

Weekly Payments:

Following the initial deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into equal weekly payments, spread across a 3 month period.

 

Weekly payments are due every Monday until the total balance is paid in full.

 

Payments must be made promptly to avoid any disruption in the payment plan or forfeiture of the watch.

 

Payment Methods:

We accept credit/debit card or bank transfer for both the initial deposit and subsequent weekly payments.

Ensure that your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the scheduled payments.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your purchase, you are entitled to a refund of any payments made beyond the 10% non-refundable deposit.

The 10% deposit is non-refundable and serves as a restocking and reservation fee.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team within the specified cancellation period (at any point up to the 3 month period. 

 

Late Payments:

Late payments may result in additional fees or a pause in the watches delivery until the outstanding balance is settled.

If you foresee any issues with making a scheduled payment, please notify us in advance to discuss potential solutions.

 

Default:

Failure to make payments for an extended period without prior communication may result in the cancellation of the payment plan.

In the event of default, the 10% non-refundable deposit will be retained, and the product/service reservation may be released.

 

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify the terms of the payment plan with reasonable notice.

Any changes will not affect payments already made or alter the terms for payments scheduled before the modification.
