What terms does Surrey Watches use in this refund and return policy?

 Surrey Watches is an online only business, distributing watches and diamonds to all areas of the United kingdom (exceptions may apply to areas in which Royal mail does not deliver to), and providing watch repair services to customers. We use the term “you”, “yours”, “your”, “customer”, and “user” to refer to the user who is reading this Refund And Return Policy. We represent ourselves in this Refund And Return Policy by using the terms: “Surrey Watches”, “we”, and “our”. 

 Here at Surrey Watches, we do our utmost best to offer you a great shopping experience. If by any chance you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, please get in contact with us ASAP before writing a review, we will try our hardest to resolve the issue in a timely manor.

 

Refund, exchange and returns criteria

Surrey Watches offers returns, refunds and/or exchanges for any of its products which fit one or more of the following criteria:

  • The item the customer ordered arrived damaged

  • The item the customer ordered did not arrive

  • The item the customer ordered does not match the description of their purchase. 

 

Actions the customer should take

If Your order comes under one or more of the reasons stated in the above paragraph, the customer should get in contact with us promptly. We will resolve the problem either by issuing a refund (up to 100%), exchange or a return. Please note that customers should get in contact within the timeframe of 30 days from the purchase date of the product. Issues opened outside this period may be unprioritised. We offer returns (if your item meets one of the criteria in the above paragraph) within the 30 day time period. 

 Customers should expect a return/refund (up to 100%)/exchange within 10 business days of us receiving the item at the returns address, or 10 business days from when you recieve a reply to your message/email/text regarding your issue (if your item meets one of the criteria) for refunds that don't require the product to be returned.

​When returning your item, please send it with tracked and insured shipping to guarantee the safety of the product. We are not responsible for the items until they have arrived at the returns address. All items must be sent in the original packaging with everything included that was sent to you.
